Return & Exchange Policy

1. Return Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met: Return Window: Returns must be requested within 30 days of the original purchase date.
Condition: The item must be in its original condition, unused, and with all original packaging and tags intact.
Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or proof of purchase must be provided.
Please Note: Certain items are non-returnable, including: Customized or Personalized Products, Sale or Clearance Items
2. How to Request a Return: To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
Contact Us: Email us at admin@wtgear.com or request a Return Request label. Provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
Receive Return Authorization: Once your request is approved, you will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions for returning the item. Ship the Item: Pack the item securely, including all original packaging and documentation. Clearly write the RA number on the outside of the package and ship it to the address provided in your RA instructions.
You are responsible for the shipping costs associated with the return if return is due to anything other than damage, incorrect size, or workmanship. 3. Exchange Policy If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, follow these steps: Contact Us: Email us at admin@wtgear.com Return the Original Item: Follow the return process as outlined above. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your exchange. Receive New Item: We will ship the replacement item to you at no additional cost. If the new item is of a different value, we will provide instructions for any additional payment or refunds.4. Refunds Refunds are processed once we receive and inspect the returned item. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to appear on your account. Note: Shipping costs are non-refundable.
